This section contains a collection, systematically built up since 1991, of judgments from the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation, the Court of Appeal, Tribunals, First Instance courts, the Council of State and the regional administrative tribunal (TAR) of Lazio, in the field of competition law, with particular regard to the topic of compensation for damages.

Provisions issued from 1991 to 2008 have been collected and made available to the Observatory in the context of the training initiative of the “A.C. Jemolo”, known as “Pro.Ju.Comp” Lazio Regional Institute for Judicial Studies, edited by dott. Massimo Scuffi, avv. Alberto Pera and avv. Gennaro d’Andria. The Jemolo Institute took the step of making this important and original contribution available with the sole aim of encouraging the study and updating of Italian case law in the field of competition.

The collection is continually updated, also with the assistance of contributors who send judgments which may be of interest to the Observatory directly to the Scientific panel.

Under this section, there is also a collection of judgments of the national courts of Member States, edited by Michele Carpagnano.
